Thank you for considering Rigo Auto Sound and Security for all of your car stereo upgrades. Our store hours are 10 AM to 10 PM Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. Feel free to reach us via phone doing these business hours.
Due to limited staff, all customer service related to online purchases will be done only via the form below. That includes return authorization numbers, warranty claims, and installation tech support. We take great measures in assuring that the product you buy at Rigo Auto Sound and Security the right fit for your vehicle before we shipped it. However, from time to time mistakes are made and accidents can happen. We ask that you keep all packing material including foam inserts and manuals for all products purchased online as well as over-the-counter. Even if the installation of your car audio product was done in-house we ask that you keep all your packaging for at least 30 days. On their, no circumstances would credit and or refunds the issue for products without proper packaging. After the initial 30 day warranty, all product warranties will be handled via the manufacture. This means that the product will be shipped back to the factory. We have no control over how quick products are service or exchange and although the majority of warranty claims and service within a week be aware that as per many manufacturer’s terms of warranty they can take up to 30 days to return an item.
